Pandan Chiffon Cake

I just learnt how to make Pandan Chiffon Cake and Orange Chiffon Cake from CC last thursday, and yesterday I do the Pandan Chiffon Cake, it is very nice and soft, very successful, next time will try the Orange Chiffon Cake. Maybe can try do my own Mocca Chiffon Cake, try the Mocca Paste that my sis gave it to me, don't know how will the taste be like?

Butter Cake Lapis

I have made a Butter cake yesterday, and I name it as Butter cake lapis, cos I bake layer by layer and it turn out just like a kueh lapis, jus that without the aroma of kueh lapis. Dad said the layer is too thick, should make thinner then will be more like kueh lapis. The bottom part abit dark cos of over bake, will improve on

that next time.
