Black Glutinous Chiffon Cake

Today decided to bake Black Glutinous Chiffon Cake to attend the challenge created by Small Small Baker Aspiring Bakers #1: Chiffon Cakes (Nov 2010). 

Saw this recipe on the mymeloves blog and decided to give it a try.

My 1st attempt for Madeleines... taste not bad, but appearance not very nice, should season the madeleines's mould.
