Made this Light cheese cake on last Sunday. It can be said quite successful, but just feel it is a bit miost. This is the 2nd cheese cake I made on that day. The first cheese cake turns out too soft, maybe I shouldn't immediate take out from the tray, so the second one I let it cool down first before taking out and it turns out quite nice. So learn from my lesson, maybe for cheesecake should not immediately take out, should let it set first, if not too soft to handle. Thursday, August 21, 2008
Light Cheese cake
Made this Light cheese cake on last Sunday. It can be said quite successful, but just feel it is a bit miost. This is the 2nd cheese cake I made on that day.
