Happy Birthday to ME

It's my birthday today, I bought a Green colour frame spectacle for myself as this year birthday present. The lens will change to grey under the sun with UV protection, just like a sunglass.

Mocca and Orange Chiffon Cake

Have tried to make Mocca and Orange chiffon cake yesterday. Result? Of cos success lah hahaha, next time will try more different flavours such as Almond Chiffon cake, Raisin Chiffon cake or even Soya bean Chiffon cake, create my very own Chiffon cake.

Pandan Chiffon Cake

I just learnt how to make Pandan Chiffon Cake and Orange Chiffon Cake from CC last thursday, and yesterday I do the Pandan Chiffon Cake, it is very nice and soft, very successful, next time will try the Orange Chiffon Cake. Maybe can try do my own Mocca Chiffon Cake, try the Mocca Paste that my sis gave it to me, don't know how will the taste be like?

Butter Cake Lapis

I have made a Butter cake yesterday, and I name it as Butter cake lapis, cos I bake layer by layer and it turn out just like a kueh lapis, jus that without the aroma of kueh lapis. Dad said the layer is too thick, should make thinner then will be more like kueh lapis. The bottom part abit dark cos of over bake, will improve on

that next time.

Ebay ...

Today I have put 24 items into ebay and sell. Some are I bought during my holiday trips and some are I made it myself. Hope business will be good loh. Especially the Crystal Angel, I have sold 1 few months ago in ebay, hope can sold more this time.

Brownie

I have made a brownie yesterday, this is my 2nd attempt, still so success.... hahaha, different from the 1st time, this time round I remember to add the chocolate chips, so when eat that time can feel abit moist inside, cos the chocolate chips melt inside the brownie ..... wow... yummy, but I think I have put to much walnuts on top of it, so when eating feel too cruncy on top, next time should just put some will do.

My Souveniers

These are all the things I have bought from Hong Kong and Macau. Tomorrow will be going back to Singapore. Conclusion for this trip only one word can descripe is tired.

Can you feel the Tremors?

Last night, around 7.15-7.30pm, I am lying on the sofa watching TV, suddenly feel shaking, at first thought maybe my leg position is wrong that cause the shake, after adjusting still feeling abit shaking, I quickly sit upright but still can feel it, then I went into my parent's room and ask them, dad said he also feel it, and I saw his clothes hanging on the cupboard side also shaking, then I suspect must be another earthquake in Indonesia. The tremors continues for quite long this time as compared to the previous earthquake then happen during office hour.

Hope this earthquakes does not affect my Hong Kong & Macau trip on tomorrow.

Birthday cake for mum

Last sunday is mum lunar birthday. I have make a walnut cake for her, but she dont really like to eat she prefer the cake i make abt a week ago that i put raisins instead of walnut.

New Hair Cut

I went for haircut yesterday. I cut off my 2 years long hair into something like the picture. I did colouring and highlights for S$139 then do a treatment for S$28, total cost me S$167 for this short hair. Althought feel a bit pinch, but I quite like my new hairstyle, so still worth it. I never do colouring and highlights together, so this is a new challenge for me, ha ha ha. The hairstylist had chosen a brown base for my hair and a orange colour for the highlights, at first when I see the orange colour from the colouring sample book, I quite cannot accept it, cos it is too bright, then the hairstylist told me, the result will not be that bright it will only be darker then what I see, so I think never mind, anyway never do such colour before, so give it a try. The end result I quite satisfy, when finished with the colouring, I quite like it, cos it is brown, compare to my original hair colour, it make me look more awake, then the orange highlights, make me look fresher, very satisfy with it. 4 hours of doing it and S$167 spending it, the satisfaction covered some of the pinch, ha ha ha.

Baking Class

I went for a baking class on last thurs, the instructor taught us to make 2 type of cheese cake. The first one is Light cheesecake, she had added lemon juice and zest into it, therefore when eating you don't really feel the cheesy smell. It is very soft, just like a sponge cake, when put into the mouth you will feel like it is melting inside your mouth, delicious.

The second cake or should not say is a cake, cause no baking is require. It is Strawberry cheese dessert. On the bottom layer, lied a thin biscuites crash with butter, then followed by a layer of cream cheese, then cut the strawberry into heart shape and place on top of the cream cheese, this

action must be fast, cause gelatine was added into the cream cheese, so once the cream cheese get harder, the strawberry hearts will not "stay" into it, then on the top is a layer of strawberry jelly. After the whole process, place the dessert into the fridge till the jelly become harder will do. It taste yummy too, there are 4 layers, so everytime you bite, you will have 4 different tastes into your mouth.

I still have no time to try out these cakes and dessert on my own, hope next weekend I can give it a try.

Carrot cake

Yesterday is vesek day, I bake a carrot cake base on recipe I got from magazine. My sis said taste not bad, i feel not bad too, quite a success just that I dont really like cheese, maybe next time I will replace it by fresh cream.

What have I bought?

I din buy alot from Bali, jus buy some for myself and niece. It is quite cheap but need to do alot of bargain and some u must really directly cut 50%, it really need alot of patience and quite tiring too ha ha ha.

Bali Breakfast

This is my first day breakfast in Bali. Nothing much to eat only noodles, steam rice, porridge and a few side dishes only. Went for swimming early in the morning, actually just play with the water :). Afternoon going for half day tour which include see sunset and shopping then follow by massage. Hope is a enjoyable day.

Uncle Johnny & Mona's Wedding

Last saturday is Uncle Johnny and Mona's Wedding day. Uncle Johnny is not a old man, he is just 2 years older then me, we are ex-colleague, during that time all men that is older then me I will call them uncle, so all my ex-colleague also followed me call him uncle, ha ha ha, paisei..... Now he finally get married, I wish him happily ever after...

地震

昨天，大概11.50am我正在上班的时候，忽然感觉椅子在摇晃，开始我以为椅子坏了，后来发现旁边的玻璃墙也在震动，接着老板走了出来问我们有没有感觉摇晃，我们才感觉事态不妙。 同事从厕所出来告诉我们很多人涌出大厦，于是我们也离开办公室。

到了大厦外， 见到很多人，个个都在议论纷纷， 不知道到底发生了什么事。刚好是午餐时间，于是我们去吃午餐， 边吃边受到朋友的简讯发现不只我这儿有震动， 原来南部和西部也有。

午餐过后， 回到办公室， 一切恢复正常， 我们也如常的上班。从广播中我们了解到刚才的震动是因为苏门答腊发生6.6级地震所引起的。 到了1.50pm我们又感觉到逾震，由于知道发生了什么事，所以也没有之前的恐慌。

We went to Chinatown on the eve. We went there quite early, around 4 plus, already many people. Manage to buy some last minute cheaps goodies.

My new Sony Ericsson K800i

I finally bought my Sony Ericsson K800i. Very happy using it, the function is almost the same as my old one - K700i. Every morning while taking the train, will play with my HP game.

My New Wallet

After searching high and low, yesterday I finally found a wallet with the colour I want and it is 50% lesser then the original price, much cheaper then the first one I saw, and I am going to claim it from my sis and niece as my belated birthday present.

今年我要突破，所以选了橙色，去年我的颜色是青色，所以买了很多青色的东西，有衣，表，手链和手袋。看今年我会买多少橙色的东西吧。
