My 8 Days in Jiangnan

I am back from my 8 days (16/12 to 23/12) tour in Jiangnan. It was a wonderful trip and I enjoyed very much. It was quite cold during the 8 days stay, temperature was between 2 - 13 degree. It was the first time I went to such a cold country during winter. Used to go to Perth and Japan during their end winter, which was average about 16 degree, and that time I don't feel the cold at all, just feeling the weather was just right, maybe now getting old, so tends to feel cold :) . Total we took about 900 photos, average 110 photos per day, hee hee seems like alot, lucky I bought a 2GB memory card, if not will miss alot of nice sceneries. Now trying to download all my photos into Yahoo!, too bad this few days because of the earthquake in Taiwan which causes the slow traffic in internet, I am still unable to finish downloading my photos :(

When got a chance, I want to go to country that's will snow, although need to wear really thick but It will be a great experience, now need to start saving to buy more winter clothes.

Counting Down to My Jiangnan Trip.....

Still got 16 more days for my Jiangnan Trip, have been counting down since the day we booked this tour in early of October, now it is getting nearer and nearer, very excited and also nervous, excited is first time go to such a cold country, nervous is don't know what's will happen in my 8 days tour - will I fall sick, is my clothing enough to keep me warm, is my money enough for me to spend :P. Anyway... still looking forward to it, cos I got almost 2 years never take a flight.

I have reserved a book from the library, it is regarding on things to do in Shanghai and it's map, can start planning what I am going to do in Shanghai and where to go during my 2 days free & easy. I also decided to take as many photos as possible, anyway I already bought a 2GB memory card, which can store about 800 photos and I will also bring my 512MB memory card, jus in case I took more then 800 photos hahaha.

Postcrossing

Last night I joined the postcrossing, it is a website that let you send and receive postcards to/from people all over the world. Each user can only send 5 postcards, the first 5 countries I am sending to are Finland, Germany, Hungary, Netherland and United States of America. When the people receive my postcard they will log in and key in the postcard ID I have written on the postcard, so that I will know whether my postcard was received successfully or lost in mail. When someone received my postcard, that's mean I can send some more...... So excited, can't wait to receive my first postcard.

烦烦烦

最近真烦， 不是为了工作或钱而是为了去哪里holiday而烦。该去韩国好呢还是香港好呢？还是澳洲， 台湾或中国? 很想看枫叶， 去冷冷的国家， 可是又想要省钱， 真的很难选择，现在只好等Natas Fair的到来， 看有没有一举多得的地方。

Malacca

I went to Malacca on last Saturday, just a one night stay. This is the 2nd time I went to Malacca, the 1st time I went was during my secondary excursion, which was more then 10 years from now, time flies, and the place changes alot too, although I can't remember what does it look like during my 1st visit, but definitely not as good as it is now.

This time round we stay at Hotel Equatorial, the room is quite ok, still got HBO and starmovie to watch and can also watch Singapore channels too, not like Mahkota Hotel which I was told cannot receive Singapore channel.

On the 1st day, after check-in to the hotel, we went to the biggest shopping centre in Malacca - Mahkota Parade, it is about 10 mins walk from the hotel to the shopping centre. In the shopping centre, there are Giant Hypermaket, Coffee Bean, Starbucks, Burger King, Macdonald, Giodardon, Hang Ten etc.. really big, it is so big that if you are in a hurry to go toilet, you need to walk from one end to the other which took us 5-10 mins.

On the 2nd day, after breakfast, we went for a tour, we walk to the famous attraction like the A'famosa, St. Paul Church and the Red House, then we went to the maritime museum to see the ship.

After this trip I think the next 5-10 years I won't go to Malacca again, cos there's really nothing much to do there.

Disney Princess or Winx Club

Disney Princess - once my niece favourite character, she likes to be a princess and she is the princess in our family, at home she has alot of princess related products, such as magazines, books, stationery and even princess dresses.

Now she said she had grown up, she watch Winx Club. She no longer want to be sweet and gentle lady, instead she wants to be heroine.

My dearest niece really grown up, and I have grown old, what a sad fact it is.

My first Blog

First time writing a blog, abit weird, haha, really don't know wat to write here, pple always said blog is jus like a personal diary, watever u think jus write it here, but this "personal" diary will be viewed by the whole world, so still feeling a bit weird.
